PRIMARY INJECTION TEST KIT

Primary Injection test Kit is test equipment used to conduct primary injection tests on high-current electrical devices like circuit breakers and protective relays. It generates a controllable high current that is injected directly into the primary circuit to verify the performance of protection and control systems under fault conditions.

Models such as the Type SI/PIK-5, SI/PIK-10, and SI/PIK-10T provide different levels of current and features like an integrated timer and trip circuit. Primary injection testing checks operation of breakers and relays when subjected to overloads without the risk and disruption of inducing actual faults.
